The ChangeSavvy™ Coaching Model defines a seven step process for
inventive, creative and empowered change.

In this time of face-paced lives, frequent and vast technology advancements, and guidebooks for most everything that are outdated before they go to press, it's undeniable that learning to handle change is one of the 21st Century's most important life and organizational skills to master. In my experience, the number one reason individuals and corporations seek coaching is to assist with smooth and successful navigation of the change at hand.

We have most likely all experienced change as very disorienting process, either as individuals or when working with a company. With no clearly defined vision of the ideal outcome, change becomes an arduous journey and a process of bumping into walls, reacting to unexpected situations, and putting out fires.
